Hi Aron,
I don’t think putting in a lot of keywords should be the goal. The goal should be to write great, compelling content that people would love to link to. SEO All in one pack is useful mostly for the meta data that you can insert. Meaning your title tag doesn’t have to be the same as the title of your entry. You can tweak it as you please.
It depends on what your business is Aron, I cannot tell you what niche you should be in. Your business should be the one to decide that :)

Thanks Sean for your articles, but is it necessary to put alot of keywords to our sites? thats what i don’t get, i watched some videos and advised to put “just 1″ keyword each post? is that correct, as you noticed on the “SEO ALL IN ONE PACK” of wp plugins. there’s an SEO / Post right? is it necessary? and the most hard is what niche to target, can you recommend me any good niche? Hope you would reply. Thanks!
